Each week we get asked all kinds of different questions. Here are 3 questions we've heard lately:
How do I edit furniture in my igloo?Why am I stuck at a blue, black or white screen?- Try clearing the cache on your web browser to get the latest files. You may have to do this a couple times. Here's how: http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/technical/clear_my_cache.htm
- It's worth clearing your cache every week. You might run into problems less often by using free browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Make sure you ask for permission before you install anything.
Is Rockhopper coming to the Adventure Party?- Check the telescope at the top of the Lighthouse for a hint...

Hi! im having trouble when i log on, i saved all of my penguin acounts and when im loging in they are all gone and i have to save them again and again! its been going on for a couple weeks now and i dont know whats wrong with it what do i do?
Hi Bella11678. This seems to be happening to some select players, and we're working to figure it out. In the meantime, try clearing your cache.
I have a question. Will the price of the membership cards (not the gift certificate) change? If so, what is the price going to be :)

Hey Nanooshka. Rockhopper has been seen on tons of servers and lots of different rooms, so try exploring everywhere you can during the Adventure Party.

@Bean7941 Since Rockhopper has the same Buddy List as you and I, he's limited to 100 friends. Instead of picking favorites, he doesn't add any penguins.

When I play card-jitsu water when I try to press a tile or a card, Why won't it click? And why are other players able to get to the gong in 3 seconds?
Thanks for the question, Coco25556! You can make Card-Jitsu Water run faster by lowering your screen resolution. Try pressing the (+) and (-) keys on your keyboard.

Hi there, Briellee. There are definitely some cool things to see tucked away around the island. As for the iceberg, we're not sure if it's possible, but at least you'll get a stamp for trying!

These are some good questions, Hcppink! I'm not sure who was the first to play, but Billybob has been around for a long time. You can find hidden catalog items by moving your mouse over the pages and watching for when the mouse cursor turns into a hand. I haven't actually met any penguins with every single stamp, so if you're able to then please let us know.

@Saskaywaskay Good question! When a room is full things can run slow (including your item inventory). Try turning down the screen resolution using your (+) and (-) keys.
hi from the top of the ski hill u can see a little cottage it can't be the ski lodge because it's on the other side of the mountain

@3 L N P Thanks for the question! It's because Club Penguin is played around the world and there are lots of different time zones. Parties are launched so that they're either on time or early for everyone.
When i try to log into a sever somtimes it just keeps loading at the blue screen. Why??

@Gracie1421 This sounds like another cache issue. Try following the instructions at the top of the post, and remember that sometimes you might have to clear your cache a few times to get all the old files out.

@Dee Dee1h3 This can happen if your monitor is zoomed in. Try hitting the 'Control' and '0' keys on your keyboard at the same time (that's the number zero, and not the letter). If it keeps happening, write in to tech@clubpenguin.com for more help.

@Vaughanas There have been lots of clothing and furniture items that have returned to the island. Keep checking the catalogs to see if the items you're looking for show up.

@Hollieknight Thanks for your question. If puffles aren't taken care of they can wander back to the wilderness. Check the Puffle Handbook in the Pet Shop to learn how to care best for your pets.

Woo Hoo! I'm soooooo excited to see Rockhopper! It would be really cool if next year you had a like quest or something that when you completed it you could see Rockhopper and get a special furniture or clothing item. @Rose35517 There's a bug popping up sometimes with servers wrongly saying they're full. If you see it happening, send an email to tech@clubpenguin.com with a short description and the server name.

Well this thing rarely happens!!! when i go and log on to my penguin when i am done writing the password and user etc. i find a orange penguin on my screen that says:" hello welcome to club penguin etc etc and then the orange penguin shows me the basics of club penguin like press map to teleport from a place etc etc and ive been in club penguin for approx 4 years and this orange penguin makes me fell that i am new to club penguin which i am not so please let this weird penguin go away club penguin.

It said that there was gonna be an Adventure Party and Rockhopper's coming.
I asked a few penguins and they said he was a famous penguin.

there is a bug in puffle rescue that is like this: when i want to move once, it moves in that direction until i fall! when or how can you fix this bug? please answer and fix!
How come when i play with my brown puffle he goes to bed instead of playing? oh and i play after he sleeps so does that mean he is still tired?
Hmmm i think the first to questions are important and helpful because they help you get around and play Club penguin. The rockhopper and adventure party question is not helpful because its just a little event happening. So i think this post is helpful. Thxs for the question i love solving! Ps please post!!

@ Teapot 62. Currently there's no way to change the color of your clothing. However items are sometimes released in different colors so keep checking the catalogs!

When the adventure party is here and when Rockhopper comes to the party well I got a question how can I get Rockhopper to notice me? I feel like I'm invisbile because I can't seem to get my chance to talk to him and I really want to meet him and hear some of his pirate stories. But every time I tries to get my chance lots of penguins are in the way and I can't seem to get my chance to meet him or get him to notice me what do I do! Waddle on CP!

How do i get my flooring back in my igloo after i take it out?
@ Panda7865. At this time, you can't save your igloo flooring. Each time you purchase a new igloo and choose to use it, you'll need to purchase new flooring for it.

@ Im A Kaia. Rockhopper doesn't add penguins to his Buddy List to make sure nobody feels left out. However you can click on his Player Card to receive his special background and if you waddle into him a stamp will be added to your Stamp Book!
What do you think the next puffle to be discovered will be?? I think it will be grey!

When rock Hopper comes What Room Will He Be In First?
I've always wanted to know why we can't put clothes on our puffles. Penguins have clothes so why can't puffles? I know it would be hard to make clothes for a puffle because they don't have arms or legs but puffles need something to make them different besides their colors like penguins have.
