You're right, but of course so many things have been updated like the Pet Shop, Pizza Parlour, Stadium, Gift Shop, Dance Club, Coffee Shop, oh and the Sports Shop is totally gone too, so there wouldn't be very much to rebuild right?
yeah like the whole island is gonna be rebuilt if u want a sneak peek of the new island they show ALL of the rooms at the end of the video New Horizons but yor gonna have to be fast because it goes by really quick

I have loved club penguin since the start. but when I saw herbert he was my mortal enemy! I'm not kidding! I just hope club penguin can survive herbert's damage! but I never understood why herbert wanted to make the island warm?
i agree coolchic with the start of club penguin we wont have to get really excited about anything and it could just be calm however, we can see all our old psa and everything looking back and we can still have the time of our life and spread the world saying we are getting upgrades and PARTIES and it could make more penguins want to waddle
I know! I've been playing it like every day since 2009 january....Remember the PSA? That was 1 year ago there not gonna make an update to that there just when the party ends cp will return to normal.
Actually, Dot HAS been there since the PSA. I was there when the PSA was being built. Dot was in Mission 11. I miss the old EPF and PSA HQs. ;,( I wanted to keep my spy phone.
I was a PSA agent since like the start and i sorta miss PSA but i like EPF (but not whats going on right now)

This is the most darkest (no pun intended) party on Club Penguin. Also why did Herbert resort to using the hydra dragons BEFORE burning the Elite Penguin Force down to ashes and taking over the island? Seems a ton of hard work to me.
1. No one knows who the director is, yet it may remain a mystery until OB (Operation Blackout)

Monklees8888, most PSA agents are EPF depending when you joined CP. Some though were always EPF and not PSA (new people and Dot).
I was EPF when the PSA was still going. I got to go in a secret room. Dot was always EPF, including before the popcorn explosion.
I was only EPF 3 days until the explosion
same with me there was a cool secret room for EPF when there was still PSA!
Actually Turqoisy1, I was EPF when the PSA was active, EPF agents could go in the cupboard in the room and Dot was always an EPF agent when I was.
