I think that the first one is a sleigh. The second is some type of forest. And the third one is going to be a free reindeer costume. Santa is going to be rookie. Herbet is locked in the santas sleigh and is turned into a elf.
Maybe the Olympics are coming back to Club Penguin or something for the first picture? I don't know the second picture, but I'm pretty sure the last picture is a reindeer costume (Either for puffles or penguins)

The first one is a professional racing sled for the Sled Racing mini-game on the Ski Hill.
The second one is an ice throne possibly for an upcoming winter-themed party.
The third one is a reindeer outfit which will be shown and sold in the December Penguin Style catalog.
Which also means Operation: Blackout will end by December.
