I can see it now... the outside is hidden underground but when you come up to it and say ''EPF appear'' it will shoot out of a tube and lay itself on the ground. It would be painted and improved with tubes all over it, crossing and recrossing and sending all kind of objects through, the door would have 300876 locks and high-security lasers across it, which inmediately dissapear when you walk towards and come through. The first room you walk into has a small, silver stall selling EPF weapons and gear , and above it there is a new, high-tech TV which greets the agents, if your new you have to take the test there but if youre already an agent you have to go through a tube to get up to the next room. The next room is a lab full of potions and antidotes you could never imagine, antidotes for fishing-obsession and potions to make you look like Klutzy so you could fool Herbert. When you walk through the next door there are around 10 black puffles training to be Elite Puffles, shooting blue flames, jumping through hoops and running around. The next room is different it is a training room for the penguin agents, it is the same room as we had in the blackout with the false, dummy Herberts that we had to throw snowballs out and many other things like stepping stones and climbing ropes, small ponds where you have to learn how to swim properly and quickly. The next room is the mission room, there is a brand new TV (not unlike the one in the first room) which asks you which mission you want to do today, and the next one has a massive table with seats placed around it and the games that we have now. There would also be that TV and a big board set up in the corner showing our next moves towards Herbert.

I think that this will start the puffle party. I also believe that epf agents will have a secret mission PUFFLE. If my results are correct the new puffle will apear at the Snow Dojo.

agent wizkid1015 here,live from the broken down epf during the marvle hero takover last year i have earned the power to see the future!
i see trasporters to evrywhere like during operation blackout. i also see lots of penguins that are very happy that the epf is back and they are having coffee from the coffe stand.and one just teleported the recycling plant to recycle his cup.
and i see that one of the penguins are me.and gary is celebrating by making a potion that will make fireworks.candce is celabrating by singing (my favriote club penguin song!) the party starts now!and sensai is there to fight herbert just in case.herbert is there sensia is batlleing him!uh oh a water spell is happening! it messes up the transmissions and my super vision! waddle on club pengu

so if you were at that party were the epf got burnt down(caused by herbert) you will know a secret i will give you a hint hint: something about aunt artic. if you know it please dont comment about it thank you:)

We think it should have a big meeting table. It should also have a holographic computer screen so it looks cool and the EPF agents can see what is happening on the whole island. It should still have system defense and field ops. The tube of transport should look more futuristc. There should be a cool new mission with the elite puffle in it. You should have hyperspeed boots that make you go really fast when you are an EPF agent. We think the crate should have futuristic electronics, a time machine, and a hover board in it.

In my opinion the more interactive technology the better. Also I think that you [the club penguin team] should add a computer that you can actually use kind of like the EPF phone. As you can see I love technology, so maybe holograms or even a video chat with Gary would be good.

Oh I think there is a life supply of pie, bacon and spy phones. I thought that because I love bacon I live for pie and spy phones aren't overrated for an EPF.

Hmm.... I think a new and improved EPF would look super futurous: white walls, holographs, touch screens would give it a nice look. Also, of course, a special meeting area where we can discuss a certain polar bear's plans.....

I agree with lots of other penguins. We need our new HQ to be perfect. Here's some ideas CP Team:
1. Our HQ needs to be fire proof, popcorn proof, cream soda proof, basically everything proof.
2. We need field ops back, our agents need to train and be prepared for anything
3. New spy phones
4. New EPF game on CP
5.On the huge TV instead of there be no sound when the blue and the pink penguin are talking, make us be able to hear them talking
6. Teleport tubes
7. Flipper scans and there should be a secret code that you have to say, and the EPF will record your voice to make sure it's your voice saying the password
8. Escape route, like if you press a secret button or something you can escape if the EPF is in danger, and it will bring us to a hide out
9. Not just one room, tons of rooms for the EPF, for a big secret agency
10. The old missions, and tons of new ones
11: I got this idea from ploppyfloopy, I think we should have a shop run by Dot called ''Surprise Disguise'' and we can buy disguises.

i got an idea for new and improved epf give RANKS TO AGENTS like agent or research officer and you have to get experience to earn these ranks how about that.

i think that the EPF command center will rise out of the sky and then , when the puffle hotel comes, agents will be able to catch rainbow puffles from the clouds and bring it for everyone to enjoy. it will probably have a new "gary's room" that' way bigger and cooler. there will probably also be some holophones ( instead of telephones, holophones because it has holograms.) and you can call any EPF Agent.
another thing that i thought was that maybe there will be a new game for us to play and probably will be called "think straight " and you'll probably solve puzzles.

Well on the bottom floor there would be a small jail which led to the exit. Their would be hundreds of secruity cameras lining the walls and whenever you walk your penguin is on the screen in front of a long table with chairs for meetings. Then you go to transport you enter the transport code (anything) and go in. There it says choose mission on screen and you get missions and on the wall there is a table with medals and trophies and you click top checked trophies or your trophies. Also I think the boxes are rare items returning. Please let me be right!

I think the new HQ should be bigger. Especially the table. OH and there should be an automatic leader chooser. I am SO tired of people fighting over who is going to be the leader. I think for the missions we should be able to go into another place, I guess you could say, sort of like the PSA ones, where you are separate from other penguins. But instead of being separate from all penguins, it could just be from the non agents. We could join mission groups where we complete the mission as a team. Also, I think there should be a mission where the ninja and the agents have to team up to fight some evil ninja penguin that teams up with Herbert. Our missions should be as good as the blackout ones were. Thanks for reading!

Also, another idea, is that when we finally, actually defeat Herbert, and he is like surrounded or something, he reveals a secret about his life that somehow could relate to something mysterious on Club Penguin...

In the box with the beaker/potion (depending on your aspects of it) is all of G's science-y.................... THINGS. Hello Polo Field! I believe it is Gary's new and awesome lab, it should be equiped with telescopes, security cameras, radars tracking Herbert, and a cool camera system to observe the island! a new E.P.F.? i can't wait!

i think the boxes have some type of puffle activation system. to make puffles help you with special powers in missions. but... first, you must pass the puffle qualifier test. it has questions for every one of your puffles to see if they qualify.

When will the EPF re-build be finished?

In the crates I think there are top secret lab stuff that Gary's been working on! After the new EPF is finished, Gary will show the amazing new gadgets! Herbert won't stand a chance against the EPF!

i think those boxes,are new and cool things and the EPF WILL BE NEW!!!!!

I've seen the construction at the Ski Village, and by the looks of it, there will be a new Science Lab for Gary, and the I.S.E.E.U. will be returning, by the look of the monitors in that box!
There will probably also be some lockers to store secret files and stuff in. And Field Ops will hopefully be coming back!

Hi agents, I think first of all get to work! The quicker we can get the HQ built the better. Ok, I think that there might be a BIGGER HQ and that in one room there might be a training room for new agents, the box with the little potion looks like it might be to do with science and experiments so for Agent G, maybe some boxes have parts for a disguise station, and some boxes have disguises for Agent D (Dot), a jetpack station where Jetpack Guy and other agents can collect a jetpack and fly to their mission, and a roof that opens for agents to fly out in their jetpacks, and last but not least PH will host a EPF puffle training programme in a room where all puffles can join EPF and train to be Elite Puffles.

I think that the epf new build should be disguised ,at the front of epf, lots of plastic puffles piled on top of each other so Herbert doesn't come barging across to epf saying "I'm going to take over epf then club penguin! " because herbert hates puffles and klutzy can't get past the plastic on the plastic puffles. Then inside epf there should be comfortable chairs and camera's disguised as hats all around the room and finally extreme technology when using system defender.

i think that there is alot of stuff in there like science beakers (from gary's side) free hats for everyone when it opens (from rookie's side) and a catalog really hope you bring back the F.I.S.H catalog

I have an idea for a new villan for the EPF!

My idea is a evil scientist snow leopard, with his seagull sidekick.
The snow leopard would wear black goggles with green lens that he never seems to put over his eyes and keeps them on his forehead, a light blue shirt with a black tie and a lab coat. Just don't make him a vegetarian, if you use this idea at least have him eat fish.
I don't have any idea on how he would get there, or why he wants to take over Club Penguin. That would be an interesting story to come up with.

If the new HQ doesn't have the VR room how wil you be able to get the mission stamps?

New EPF Spy Phones

I think it should have a combo. EPF and the PSA. And instead of a computer for the PSA mission,a TELPORTER that alows you to go back in time to do it again. And when EPF agents tip the iceberg it is a secret training room.
