Program various components for the front end after designs are approved.

Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute projects.

Train and mentor new team members as well as employees from other departments.

Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

3+ years experience with Flash programming in ActionScript 2.

Strong Object Oriented Programming (OOP) background.

Large scale application architecting.

Multi-language localization.

Version control and best practices.

Socket and asynchronous programming.

Automated testing/build/deployment experience an asset.

Proficient with Adobe Flash and issue tracking software.

Experience with PHP, JavaScript, Java, JSFL, SmartFox an asset.

Fluent in English.

Exceptional Object Oriented Design (OOD) and software management principles.

Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.

Accepts constructive criticism, with openness to exploring new ideas and solutions.

Strong user experience design.

Generates creative solutions and tools.

Effective communication skills; oral and written.

Writes accurate technical documents.
