Administrative Assistant to Director, Finance
This role is to assist the Director, Finance (DFA) with various daily tasks, projects and Finance initiatives, as well as perform a wide range of clerical and administrative support duties for the Finance teams in Kelowna and LA.
Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar and daily tasks of the DFA, schedule meetings and appointments, answer calls and emails, book appointments, organize and schedule meetings as needed for DFA and finance team.
Arrange travel and prepare expense reports in SAP.
Assist DFA on ongoing projects and business initiatives; conduct investigations and research; assist with presentation material; prepare reports, minutes and various correspondence.
Develop and maintain a bring-forward and follow-up system for correspondence and ensure required action is initiated.
Organize and maintain Finance related data including confidential information on spreadsheets and other presentation software.
All other miscellaneous daily tasks related to assisting the Director, Finance and the Finance teams.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent job experience and training.
3+ years of progressive experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office automation equipment.
Fluent in English.
