Automated Build Engineer

The Automated Build Engineer manages and enhances the automated build process for all DOSC online applications. Working directly with software engineering and quality assurance to deliver reliable build management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Create and manage build scripts for all: technical build changes, new unit test scripts, and new components.

Automation of flash encoding and file compression in build scripts.

Train build engineers on new tasks and procedures.

Other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Previous industry experience.

Experience with online games an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Build Management software (Anthill Pro an asset).

Strong knowledge of Flash and other programming languages.

Fluent in English.

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

Ability and patience to perform detailed work.

Experience with working to deadlines and able to work under pressure.

Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
