Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant will perform accounting duties that include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and various reconciliations of accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Payroll for Club Penguin employees.

Accounts payable.

Accounts receivable.

Bank reconciles.

GST, PST, WCB, Payroll (CPP, EI, Tax) remittance.

Month-end account reconciliations.

Other tasks assigned by the Director, Finance and Accounting.

 

Qualifications:

 

Diploma/Degree in business plus 3rd or 4th level CGA

Minimum 2-years related experience.

Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Fluent in English.

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

Organized

High attention to detail

Excellent numeric skills

Ability to work independently
