Project Manager, Production

The Project Manager, Production facilitates processes and communication to ensure the success of all production projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Facilitate design phase of production projects, including setting up meetings, gathering information from all stakeholders, and recapping and distributing information.

Oversee the flow of communication between team members in regards to projects.

Provide status and progress reports on projects. Ensure Director is equipped with up to date status of projects.

Utilize project management tools - Track and maintain project schedules, task lists, resources and work allocation.

Participate in and initiate iterative process improvements.

 

Qualifications:

 

Some post secondary preferred.

PMP certification required.

3+ years in project management.

Production studio experience preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software, Microsoft Office, and Visio.

Fluent in English.

Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Organized and fluent in project management tools.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong facilitator.
