Senior Server Programmer
Responsible for developing and enhancing the server system including all inbound and outbound communication interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain virtual world servers for the Disney Online Studios products.
Increase scalability, reliability and security of virtual world servers.
Assist mini-game programmers with Java server extensions.
Write and maintain technical design documentation for functional changes.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer technology, or equivalent experience.
4+ years Java experience.
3+ years MySQL or similar DB experience.
3+ years Linux experience.
PHP experience an asset.
SmartFox experience an asset.
MMO game experience an asset.
Fluent in English.
