Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsible for leading the definition and development of Disney Online Studios' (DOS) data aggregation, transformation, presentation, data mining, and reporting solution. This person will develop the solution in close cooperation with a team of Business Systems Analysts and Developers.
Responsibilities:
Assist Manager, Business Intelligence with strategic vision and plan.
Lead the reporting team to develop data access infrastructure/processes and define standard reports.
Research and report causes of any deviations found within analyses.
Work with key stakeholders to proactively identify reporting requirements, key performance indicators, validate results and monitor performance of data mining algorithms.
Participate in the design, development and implantation of web measurement and analysis solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or higher.
5+ years designing, developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) related solutions.
Experience with data mining.
Experience as Database Administrator or Data/Reporting/Systems Analyst preferred.
Previous business analysis and/or process modeling experience an asset.
Proficient with MicroStrategy and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
