Web Analytics Analyst
Responsible for building custom reports and dashboards that reflect the needs of the Brand Marketing department and other key business units. Duties will include analysis of web site metrics and providing insight that will guide decision making for the Brand Marketing department. The Web Analytics Analyst will also work closely with the Business Intelligence team in order to determine specific data requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide an ongoing analysis of web metrics and other available data in order to support and guide the needs of the Brand Marketing Department.
Compiling data, building reports and dashboards; includes both ad hoc and regularly scheduled requests.
Work closely with business intelligence team to provide brand intelligence guidance to discover trends, and insights.
Omniture administration (setting up and managing accounts).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / College or related experience in analytical, mathematical, web development or related fields.
B.A./B.S. in Statistics is preferred.
2-3 years relevant experience and/or education in membership and online marketing.
1-3 years experience in web analytic / reporting experience.
Experience using segmentation techniques.
Experience with marketing approaches to improve acquisition, conversion and retention rates.
Experience with Omniture Site Catalyst, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Access.
Experience using and providing web analytics to improve site performance is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and with web analytics tools such as Omniture.
Fluent in English.
