Makes: 4 smoothies

You Will Need
  • Blender
  • Small baking tray or pan
  • Cling film
  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar lemonade
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 3 big scoops of low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice or more to your preferred consistency
  1. Cut your melon into cubes
  2. Place your cubed fruit onto the baking tray, cover it with cling film and place in the freezer for about an hour or two
  3. Put the frozen melon into the blender
  4. Add your lemonade, cherries, yogurt, and ice
  5. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!


  • Instead of cherries you can also try strawberries, pineapple, or your other favorite fruit!
  • And if you're interested in something a little different, chop up a fresh mint leaf and add it to the blender
