What happens if I cleared my cache, but am getting the same error message?

If you've followed the steps here, your cache should be clear. If you're still getting the same message, here are a few other things you can try.

  1. Exit your web browser and open it up again before logging into Club Penguin.
  2. Restart your computer by turning it off, then on again. Then login to Club Penguin.
  3. If none of this works, you might be having trouble with your Flash Player. Your Flash Player is the part of your computer that lets you play Club Penguin. You might need to re-install it. The best way to do that is to go to the Adobe Flash Player Download Center.

*Note: If you're using Google Chrome, step #3 won't be necessary. Google Chrome automatically updates Flash Player.
