How do I cancel my membership?

We'll be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership, please visit our Cancel Membership page. Cancellation through our website will not result in a refund.

Membership cancellations only apply to recurring memberships. These memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership term. If you are unsure if you have a recurring membership you can find out by logging into your Parent Account or email our Billing Team.

You can cancel your membership at any time and you will still have access to your full membership period you purchased. So if you purchased a 6 month membership and decide to cancel after 5 months, you'll still get the full 6 months of membership.

We recommend that you cancel at least 4 days before your next billing date. When your membership has been canceled we'll send you an email to confirm. You can also check membership status by logging into your Parent Account.

Canceling a membership requires the penguin account name and password. If you don't know your password, please visit Forgot Password to have it emailed to you.

To obtain a refund, you must contact our Billing Team by email or mail (with a completed withdrawal form), and cancel within the refund period. We will not refund fees to your account that may have accrued, or refund canceled subscriptions.
