When do I need to cancel my membership by?

We recommend that you cancel your membership a minimum of 4 days before your membership is due to renew. This way you can check to make sure your membership has been canceled before you get the next bill.

When your membership has been canceled we'll send you an email to confirm. You can also check membership status by logging into your Parent Account.
