I was talking to a penguin and he didn’t say anything back! Why?

There are two reasons why another penguin may not have said anything back to you.

If a player is using Ultimate Safe Chat they'll only see the preset phrases from the Ultimate Safe Chat menu.
There is a chance that your phrase was not approved by our filter. In order to ensure that all players have a safe and fun time in Club Penguin, our filters block out potentially inappropriate words and phrases.
