Because many of our players are under the age of 13, parental permission is required to play Club Penguin. We want to keep Club Penguin a safe place to play, and to do this we like to make sure your parent knows you're playing. When you create your account an activation email will be sent to your parent's email address. They'll need to activate your account before you can play.
