Are memberships refundable?

When you purchase a recurring Club Penguin membership, you have the right to cancel your subscription in writing within 14 working days.  If you request a refund for a monthly subscription within 14 days, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.  If you request a refund for a 6-month or 12-month subscription within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.  

Please note that if you cancel without expressly requesting a refund, you will not be refunded for the current subscription period and your account will revert to Free Player status at the end of that paid subscription period. 

Any cancellations received through our website do not receive a refund. To request a refund within the appropriate time period, you must contact us by mail, or email. To request a refund through regular mail, please send us a completed withdrawal form.
