How do I update my billing information or payment method?

If you would like to update your billing information or payment method, you'll first need to cancel your child's current membership and then purchase a new membership with your updated information.

  • Log in to Manage Accounts to cancel your child's current membership.
  • Then visit our Membership page to update your child's membership.
