Why is there an additional fee on my credit card statement?

There are two reasons why you might see an extra fee on your credit card statement.

It may be an International Transaction Fee. This fee is charged by your credit card company on cross-border transactions. Club Penguin is not responsible for this fee. Please contact your credit card provider for more details.

Depending on your payment method, the extra fee may be a pre-authorization. This fee should disappear from your credit card statement within 10 working days. Please contact your credit card provider if it does not.
