I am so EXCITED for the cp outfits! But one that was incredibaly outstanding was Elise Pokee.
Honestly I think he had a cool outfit. Great job Elise Pokee. I thought his was THE BEST VILLAIN COSTUME EVER! He is also a nice penguin to talk with and he is so friendly to anyone he meets.
